Building on a Legacy of Excellence

Founded in 1978, AA Asphalting began with a truck, a roller, and a mission to fill a critical gap in utility patching. Through hard work and integrity, we grew into the Pacific Northwest’s leading asphalt and concrete restoration provider—trusted by cities, municipalities, and utilities.

Today we operate nine yards with 24 crews who complete thousands of work orders every year. But our biggest accomplishment is how we take care of our customers, our communities, and each other.

As we continue to grow and win contracts with the largest cities and utilities in the region, we add to this legacy every day—one action, project, and relationship at a time.

Annual All-Team "Boot camp"

Boot Camp is our annual all-employee meeting at AA Asphalting, an event that has become a cornerstone of our company culture. This meaningful gathering brings our team together, connecting individuals who might not typically cross paths.
